You are the business analyst for the revenue organization and the analytical right hand to our Chief Revenue Officer. You own the numbers leadership sees every day: what happened, why it happened, and what it means for the decisions in front of us.

Our analytics team has already built the reporting layer. Your job is not to build it again. It's to live in it, know it cold, and turn it into judgment. You run the reporting cadence, explain movements in the business, forecast where we're heading, and tell the Commercial team plainly when something doesn't add up.

This is a business role with analytical depth, not an engineering role. Your leverage comes from business fluency, clear thinking, and the trust you build with the people you serve.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Own the daily and weekly revenue reporting cadence for the CRO and leadership team — delivered on time and right the first time
\n
• Drive the revenue narrative through weekly and monthly business reviews, and analysis that feeds leadership and board materials
\n
• Go beyond the number to explain why it moved and what it means, breaking revenue movements into volume, price, mix, and retention
\n
• Lead business deep dives across pricing, promotions, product/category mix, channel performance, funnel conversion, and unit economics
\n
• Serve as the go-to analyst for the Commercial team — framing questions, doing the analysis, and delivering recommendations, not just charts
\n
• Become the most fluent person in the company on our BI reporting layer (Sigma), including what exists, what it means, and where its edges are
\n
• Catch and flag data issues early, before they reach leadership
\n
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Ecommerce, and Pharmacy Operations to turn analysis into decisions

What You Bring

\n

Required:

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, sales operations, or a comparable analytical role, including direct support of senior leaders
\n
• Power-user fluency in a modern BI tool — comfortable navigating, filtering, and interrogating dashboards independently
\n
• Strong executive communication skills: able to write the memo, build the deck, and give a clear answer under ambiguity
\n
• Sound business judgment and the confidence to speak up when something looks wrong
\n
• Ability to prioritize across competing demands
