Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Phoenix Rise Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting assessments to understand the psychological and emotional needs of clients, both individually and as a family unit.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, ensuring a balanced approach that incorporates the dynamics of each family member.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address issues including, but not limited to, grief, loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients dealing with stressors such as job-related issues, medical challenges, separation, and divorce.

• Regularly evaluating client progress and adapting treatment methods as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily encompass working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents.
