Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in Oregon
• Experience providing PT services in a K-12 or school-based environment preferred
• Ability to adapt interventions for students with diverse needs, maintaining a positive, inclusive approach
• Willingness to travel between multiple schools throughout the week (itinerant role)
• Clear communication style and strong collaboration skills with educational staff and families
• References from your three most recent supervisors (contact information required for consideration)

Role Expectations:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through high school
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ mobility and participation in the school environment
• Consult actively with educators, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student care
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate fully in IEP meetings where appropriate
• Remain onsite for all required hours; remote/virtual work is not available for this role

This contract runs from September 8, 2026, through December 18, 2026, providing meaningful support for a school community while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic educational setting.
