The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR operations by providing administrative, recruitment, and employee support services. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HR processes while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. The coordinator serves as a point of contact for employees and assists in delivering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support benefits administration, employee changes, and personnel documentation
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with compliance efforts related to labor laws, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations
- Prepare HR reports, track metrics, and support audits as needed
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR projects and process improvements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards
- English and Spanish is required for this role
