- Manage projects from start to finish, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
- Track projects using Gantt charts, RAID logs, MS Project, and SharePoint .
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate with business, IT, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support ITIL-based process improvements , including Change, Problem, and Incident Management.
- Support requirements gathering, UAT, implementation, and PMO initiatives.
- Healthcare/Health Insurance industry experience.
- CMS knowledge .
- Business and IT project management experience.
- ITIL/process improvement experience.
- Experience with Gantt charts, RAID logs, and project tracking tools .
- Agile methodology exposure.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
- Knowledge of AI models preferred.
