Inventory Specialist

Inventory SpecialistWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse and inventory operations involving robotics components, parts, and plastic materials. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock, tracking incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring inventory processes run efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesTrack, organize, and maintain inventory of robotics parts and plastic sheet materialsReceive, inspect, and record incoming shipments and materialsPick, pack, label, and prepare inventory for shipping or internal distributionPerform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or inventory management systemsMonitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortagesOrganize warehouse storage areas to improve efficiency and accuracyFollow all safety and operational proceduresSupport general warehouse and operational tasks as neededRequirementsPrior inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience requiredExperience with inventory management systems or warehouse software preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbsCritical thinking skills and ability to work independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environmentReliable, self-motivated, and dependableBasic computer and data entry skills required
