Position Summary A well-established, privately held manufacturing and consumer products organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the President & Owner to provide high-level executive and personal administrative support at its West Chicago, IL location. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, polished, and trustworthy Executive Assistant who enjoys working directly with senior leadership and thrives in a role requiring discretion, independent judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of supporting Presidents, CEOs, business owners, or C-suite executives, along with the ability to anticipate needs, organize demanding schedules, manage sensitive information, and execute a wide variety of professional and personal responsibilities.
