You’ll help ensure commercial lending commitments are monitored consistently, issues are surfaced early, and risks are addressed with strong controls.As a Credit Support Manager within Wholesale Lending Services – Credit Monitoring Center of Excellence, you will lead a team that monitors borrower compliance with commercial credit agreement terms across a defined portfolio. You'll coach and develop specialists, partner with colleagues globally, and work closely with credit risk partners and internal operational teams to strengthen quality, reduce errors, and support a strong risk and control environment.Job responsibilitiesEnsure achievement of service levels across multiple processesDrive a strong risk and control environment, including prevention and early identification of errors, with above-satisfactory quality performanceCoach and develop specialists to exceed expectations in their current role and support career progression and mobilityFollow up on all Quality Control and Quality Assurance findings, performing root-cause analysis when neededIdentify whether errors are driven by training needs, knowledge gaps, or unclear procedures, and partner with leadership on targeted action plansProvide subject matter expertise across credit monitoring activities and quality control routinesLead the resolution of escalations received through multiple channels and implement actions to reduce repeat escalationsPartner with risk and control colleagues to proactively identify and close control gapsInteract with internal and external auditors, credit review teams, and regulators as neededManage day-to-day performance, engagement, and development of team members through ongoing mentorship and feedbackRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in credit monitoring and/or quality control, including analysis of legal and financial documentsStrong understanding of commercial loan products, including documentation and credit agreementsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders and levelsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management and prioritizationStrong analytical skills and sound decision-making, with the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining integrity and objectivityDemonstrated ability to partner effectively in a global environment, collaborating cooperatively and sharing information to support team objectivesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft ExcelPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Prior experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members in an operations or monitoring environment JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
