New Patient Coordinator

Overview The US Oncology Network is looking for a New Patient Coordinator to join our team at Texas Oncology . This full-time position will support the Revenue Cycle Department at our 11130 Christus Hills Suite 210 clinic in San Antonio, Texas. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p. What does the New Patient Coordinator do? Under direct supervision, responsible for new patient coordination activities that may include account and insurance registration and scheduling of new patients for exams and procedures. Maintains patient records, prepares forms, verifies information, and resolves routine and non-routine problems. Follows standard procedures and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology's Shared Values.
