How Youll Make a Difference

Youll provide skilled nursing care in patients homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Completing patient assessments
• Providing wound care
• Administering medications
• Providing IV infusions
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition
• Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team
• Traveling between patient visits

Youll have flexibility in coordinating visits based on your availability and patient needs.

We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, so NO OASIS! You can focus on patient care without the additional OASIS documentation.

• PRN position with weekend availability
• Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and your availability
• Weekly pay

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Experience in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or similar settings
• Active RN license in good standing
• Ability to work independently in patients homes
• Reliable weekend availability
