We supply dry, refrigerated, and frozen food products to restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, and other institutions.Position SummaryThe Warehouse Operations Clerk supports warehouse operations by ensuring shipping, receiving, and routing documents are completed accurately and on time. This role works closely with warehouse supervisors, drivers, selectors, and customers to maintain efficient daily operations and support outbound deliveries.ResponsibilitiesProcess and verify shipping and receiving documents for accuracyMaintain records related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse operationsVerify shipping orders and quantities against picking documentationResearch and resolve shipment discrepanciesCollect and route inbound freight documentation to the appropriate departmentsAnswer and direct incoming phone calls professionallyIssue, track, clean, and maintain voice-picking equipment and accessoriesCharge and rotate batteries for warehouse equipmentAssist with outbound order assignments and route managementMonitor workflow within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Assign shorts, seafood, chemical products, and inter-company transfers as neededComplete route invoicing and documentationAssist with special projects and other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse, logistics, transportation, or administrative experience preferredExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, or similar software preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeBasic typing and 10-key skillsExperience with shipping software such as UPS and FedEx is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 100 lbs.Ability to work in warehouse environments with varying temperaturesComfortable working in conditions ranging from -10°F to 90°FAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive hand and wrist movementsAbility to safely work around warehouse equipment and machineryWhy Join Feeser's?Stable, family-owned company with over 120 years of successFull-time schedule with overtime opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageGrowth and advancement opportunitiesTeam-oriented work environmentFeeser's Food Distributors is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
