Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate with at least two years of warehouse experience to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with material handling, pallet building, inventory management, and general shipping procedures. This position requires someone who is comfortable performing physical warehouse duties while also utilizing computers to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, organizing, staging, and preparing products for shipment.
• Build and stack pallets properly, ensuring products are arranged securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transportation.
• Wrap and secure completed pallets using stretch wrap and other packaging materials.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to move, transport, and position pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting, verifying, organizing, and tracking products.
• Utilize computers and warehouse systems to enter information, update inventory records, and process warehouse transactions.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders according to shipping requirements.
• Assist with shipping operations, including verifying orders, preparing shipping documentation, and staging outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, product quantities, and completed shipments.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping errors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and established warehouse operating standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Experience building, stacking, and wrapping pallets properly.
• Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating warehouse or inventory systems.
• Ability to read and understand shipping labels, product information, and warehouse documentation.
• Experience operating a manual pallet jack preferred.
• Previous shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple warehouse tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling while handling warehouse materials.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move warehouse products as required by the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive material-handling tasks while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
