• Board-Certified Physician Assistant
• 2 years of recent pulmonary / critical care experience
• Active Virginia PA license
• Active Virginia DEA
• Strong procedural skills in high-acuity inpatient care
• Ability to work independently in a nocturnist critical care setting

• Provide critical care support for hospitalized patients in a pulmonary and critical care medicine setting
• Perform and assist with procedures such as central venous catheter placement, arterial lines, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, and pigtail catheter insertion
• Conduct bedside ultrasounds and flexible bronchoscopy as appropriate
• Manage indwelling pleural catheters
• Support intubation and other urgent airway interventions
• Deliver high-quality nocturnist coverage with a focus on patient safety, teamwork, and continuity of care
