Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in repairing and maintaining printing press and die cutting equipment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, as well as experience with relay logic, programmable logic control, and drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain printing press and die cutting equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot all mechanical issues.
• Diagnose and repair older relay logic, programmable logic control, and drive systems.
• Communicate verbally with vendors to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Organize and maintain preventive maintenance and repair records.

Essential Skills

• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance repair.
• Strong mechanical skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience working with computers, networking, and open architecture control systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Man Roland or Heidelberg presses and Bobst die cutters.
• Experience with Seimans systems.
• Experience with Flow Clear systems.
• Experience with IR drying systems.
• 5+ years of experience with preventive maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical experience preferred

Work Environment

Manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled, clean, and organized. The position follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

This is a Permanent position based out of De Soto, KS.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
