We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will greet clients, help them select products for their home remodeling projects, and assist with custom kitchen and bathroom layout designs. Whether a customer is picking out granite countertops, kitchen cabinets, or the perfect sink and faucet combo, you will guide them through what’s possible for their space.

No full design experience? No problem— we are willing to train the right candidate who brings enthusiasm and a great customer service attitude!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Warmly greet customers, answer questions, and provide a welcoming showroom experience.
• Product Selection & Guidance: Assist clients in choosing cabinets, stone countertops, sinks, faucets, and hardware to match their style and budget.
• Layout & Design Assistance: Help customers visualize their space and assist with layout suggestions and design features.
• Sales & Invoicing: Draft invoices, process various forms of payment, and manage customer orders accurately.
• Consultation: Offer suggestions and guidance on remodeling options, helping clients understand possibilities for their kitchen or bath.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people design spaces they love.
• Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn our product lines, layout processes, and design software/techniques.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while guiding customers, and perform moderate lifting (e.g., handling product samples).
