Schedule: 2nd Shift — 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr (W2)

Position Overview
A-Line Staffing is hiring a Distribution Associate to support warehouse operations in Redlands, CA. This role focuses on accurate case picking and operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)and other warehouse equipment to move product safely
- Pick cases accurately using pick tickets, labels, and handheld scanners/RF devices
- Follow quality guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain basic records and communicate clearly with team leads/supervisors
Required Qualifications (must be on resume)
- 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
- Proven case picking experience with strong accuracy
- Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using RF scanners/handheld devices
Additional Qualifications / Work Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED preferred (if not listed, must have 2+ years applicable experience)
- Able to read/write English and perform basic math
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven warehouse environment
- Physical requirements: frequent standing/walking/bending ; able to lift/move 50+ lbs
- Must wear safety shoes
- Work environment notes: moderate-to-loud noise; can be hot in summer (no A/C)and cold in winter (limited heat)
