Distribution Associate (Case Picker)

Location: Redlands, CA (On-site)
Pay: $18.50/hour (W2)
Schedule: 1st shift — 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Type: Temporary
Interview: Phone interview
Requirements: Drug test required

What you’ll do

• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to pick cases in a warehouse environment
• Read pick tickets and labels accurately
• Use handheld scanners / RF devices to complete picks
• Use equipment such as EPJ, forklifts, conveyors, power trucks, handcarts to move materials (as assigned)
• Follow SOPs , quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Help maintain basic records as needed in a metrics-driven environment

Required qualifications (must be on resume)

• 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
• Strong, accurate case picking skills
• Comfortable using RF scanners/handheld devices and reading pick tickets/labels
• Ability to read, write, and understand English and perform basic math

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• If no diploma/GED: must have 2+ years of applicable experience (please ensure this is clearly reflected on the resume)

Work environment / physical requirements

• Frequent standing/walking and repetitive hand use
• Must be able to lift/move 50+ lbs
• Warehouse conditions include moderate-to-loud noise , hot summers (no A/C) , and cold winters (limited heat)
• Safety shoes required
