Senior Support Agent - Insurance
$52kWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Service Specialist to join our high-volume service team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, handling complex policy inquiries across multiple communication channels including call, chat, and text. You will be responsible for ensuring technical precision in policy endorsements, maintaining rigorous compliance standards, and serving as a mentor to Level 1 and Level 2 agents to elevate the overall quality of our service delivery. salary: $52,000 - $58,240 per year
