Field Marketing Coordinator

MOGXP is a veteran-owned, experiential marketing and fractional CMO firm based in Plano, Texas. We get products into the hands of consumers, and we have built field programs for brands including Toyota, PepsiCo, Anheuser-Busch, Kellogg's, Coca-Cola, and Rite Aid. MOGXP handles the strategy, the event selection, the permitting, the client relationship, and the logistics. The two roles below own what happens once the tent goes up.

CURRENT AND UPCOMING PROGRAMS

Nature Wins Hydrate Complete: a powdered hydration supplement mixed on site and sampled from coolers at a monthly Frisco car show series. Three flavors available. The event occurs once a month on the third Saturday starting September 19 through December 2026. Cleve's Gourmet Products: Texas seasonings and rubs sampled at regional fall festivals across Frisco, Lewisville, and North DFW. Assignments are weekend-weighted, DFW-based, and booked event by event.

THE ROLE

The Field Marketing Coordinator is the brand at the table. You prepare and serve the samples, explain what the product does, start conversations with people who were not planning to stop, capture the moment on camera, and break the activation down clean at the end. This is not a flyer-handing job. Every consumer impression MOGXP promises a client is delivered by a Coordinator standing in front of that table, and the difference between a good event and a wasted one is almost always energy and initiative rather than logistics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Setup Attend a one-hour paid training call to prepare you for the event, discuss talking points, and the goal for the brand and activation. Arrive at the call time on the event brief, typically 30 minutes before the event opens, ready to work Unload and stage the footprint: tent, table, linens, coolers, signage, product, sampling supplies, and waste containers Prepare product to the client spec. For Nature Wins, that means mixing the three Hydrate Complete flavors into three labeled coolers at the correct ratio, measured rather than eyeballed Photograph the finished setup before the first guest arrives During the activation Serve samples following the sampling and food-handling protocol on the brief: gloves, correct portion, single-use cups, nothing returned to the batch, waste cleared continuously Deliver the client's talking points accurately and conversationally. You will be trained on them and expected to know them cold Answer product questions inside the approved messaging and route anything outside it to the Field Marketing Manager rather than guessing Engage proactively. Step out from behind the table, greet people walking by, and offer the sample. Waiting to be approached is the single most common way a sampling event underperforms Be creative. If the foot traffic is flowing on the other side of the lot, say so and adjust Capture photo and video throughout: wide shots, product close-ups, and candid consumer interactions Record feedback, questions, and objections you hear Keep the table stocked, clean, and photo-ready for the full event Teardown Break down, pack, and inventory the kit. Your shift ends when teardown is complete, not when the event closes Leave the space as clean as you found it Hand final counts, inventory, photos, and any issues to the Manager before you leave

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Outgoing. Comfortable starting conversations with strangers, in a crowd, outdoors, for hours Dependable. On time, reachable, and there when you said you would be Positive individuals with a good attitude Presentable and appropriate to the room. Several 2026 events are family and faith-based venues Able to follow a written brief precisely and improvise when the day does not match it Available Saturdays. Most events fall between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. 18 or older, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone with a working camera Sampling, brand ambassador, retail demo, hospitality, or food service experience preferred, not required. We train Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including full coolers, tent weights, and folding tables Stand, walk, and engage actively for the full assignment

COMPENSATION AND TERMS

$25 to $30 per hour, set by experience, certification, and event complexity Minimum call of three hours per event Mileage beyond 60 miles round trip reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate Assignments are offered event by event.
