Our dynamic and rapidly growing StructureCare team is seeking a detail oriented and self‑starting Client Service Manager to service our Northern Virginia–DMV area. StructureCare is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect infrastructure investments throughout the United States. Qualifications Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). 3 or more years in Sales/Business Development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills. Working knowledge of the construction or commercial real‑estate industry (preferred). Willingness to be flexible in a fast‑paced work environment. Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan, including proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business to achieve revenue targets. Act as the single point of contact for all long‑term customer relationships. Monitor and manage financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory. Accountable for client deliverables. Communicate technical information and probable costs to key decision makers. Develop and present maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports. Set up projects and develop proposals. Engage in collaborative problem solving and decision making.
