Office Bookkeeper & Support Administrator (QBO experience required)

Office Bookkeeper & Support Administrator
Genova Delicatessen, a classic Italian deli with a rich history dating back to 1926, is looking for a dedicated Office Support Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time.
- Track and manage expense reports and recurring payments.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Generate and send client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
QuickBooks Online (QBO):
- Maintain and reconcile financial records in QBO.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Account Payables, Account Receivables, and QuickBooks Online a MUST.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently
