The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a demonstrated history of leading successful teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who has already managed busy restaurant operations and can confidently lead a team from day one. We're looking for a leader with a proven track record, not simply management potential. The ideal candidate has a history of leaving restaurants stronger than they found them. What You'll Do Lead nightly service with confidence, urgency, and professionalism. Set the tone for hospitality and create memorable guest experiences. Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable to high standards. Recruit, hire, train, and develop front‑of‑house staff. Oversee scheduling, labor management, and daily floor operations. Monitor service execution, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Address guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment. Partner with ownership and leadership on private events, promotions, and business initiatives. Support inventory controls, ordering, and operational systems. Ensure consistency in every detail, from music and ambiance to service timing and execution. Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full‑service restaurant environment. Demonstrated success leading high‑volume dinner service. Proven experience recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining team members. Experience managing labor, scheduling, and service standards. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with restaurant technology, including POS systems and reservation platforms. Experience with Toast, OpenTable, Excel, Google Workspace, and Canva is preferred. Social media, marketing, or event experience is a plus, but not required. Proven Track Record Examples Improvements in guest satisfaction or online reviews. Sales growth or increased profitability.
