We are a rapidly growing remote staffing company based in Los Angeles, California, and we are looking for a driven, experienced Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle and close deals.

This isn't an appointment-setting role. This is 100% inbound sales where you will be running real sales conversations from day one. We keep the pipeline full so you can focus entirely on what you do best: selling.

The Compensation

• Base Salary: $2,500/mo USD + commissions

• Total Compensation: $6,000 - $10,000/mo+ USD

What You’ll Do

• Run scheduled sales calls over Google Meet using our pitch deck.

• Manage your full pipeline in GoHighLevel—from booked meeting to closed deal.

• Follow up consistently with prospects until they convert or close out.

• Own your numbers and your process end-to-end.

• Participate in daily team trainings and coaching sessions to constantly level up.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of proven closing experience: This is a non-negotiable requirement. We need closers, not appointment setters.

• Executive Presence: Confident, clear communicator who can hold a room and drive a call to a decision.

• Tech-Savvy: Experience managing a pipeline with a CRM (GoHighLevel is a strong plus).

• Driven & Organized: Self-managed and disciplined with your follow-up and pipeline hygiene.

• Growth Mindset: Coachable, team-oriented, hungry, and committed to constant improvement.
