Pump Truck Supervisor

SUMMARYPump Truck Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing pump services field operations including safety, customer satisfaction, service quality, and complying with all company SOPs and regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise a crew of operators while conducting high-pressure pump operations in accordance with client criteria and policiesPlanning and preparation for pump operations ensuring compliance with all safety regulationsMaintain knowledge and understanding of current standards and operating procedures and practices to optimize efficienciesResponsible for maintaining customer relationships through quality services, confident execution and establishing positive imageResponsible for direct communication with client representatives for wellsite operations including preparation, execution and data archivingResponsible for providing detailed information for all reporting, including but not limited to incidents and non-productive timeComplete and submit accurate documents for well site operations for billing and data delivery per customer requirementsOperate company vehicles in accordance with Company policies and government regulationsResponsible for supervising logistics of equipment to ensure safe compliant driving habits and applicable regulations inclusive of accurate DOT logsActively participate and support continuous improvement of HSE and Quality initiativesResponsible for assigned crew training competency and periodic performance reviewsOther duties as assignedREQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or University preferredMinimum of 3 years’ experience supervising pump down well site operationsMust possess and maintain valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazardous Material EndorsementMust be proficient in driving Manual Transmission Tractors with TrailersDriver will be required to pass a road test proving proficiency on driving required equipmentIntimate knowledge of pump operations and unit capabilitiesBasic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteAbility to read, write and speak and understand EnglishKnowledgeable in incident investigation and reportingHighly motivated and able to work independentlyStrong oral and written communication skillsCOMPUTERHigh level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS OutlookPRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTSMust complete and pass all required pre-employment screeningsABOUT THE COMPANYRanger Energy Services is an oil & gas completion and production solutions company with a foundation built on well servicing, wireline, and natural gas processing.
