The Restaurant General Manager No Late Nights ! leads a large team of over 30 staff members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations without requiring late-night hours. This role emphasizes strong customer service, quality control, and effective management practices while maintaining adherence to budget and compliance standards. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the General Manager balances operational oversight with training development to drive restaurant success in a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a large team of 30+ employees to maintain high performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Manage inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures
- Create and manage staff schedules effectively
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for timely supplies
- Implement quality control procedures throughout operations
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Oversee food production to guarantee standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
