Global Payroll Manager

Leading the evolution of a multi-country payroll function, the full-time Global Payroll Manager will manage payroll operations across the U.S., UK, Canada, and additional jurisdictions while leveraging Workday expertise and collaborating with various internal teams in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Oversee accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple countries, ensuring compliance and managing payroll providers Lead a global team of payroll professionals, setting clear accountabilities and fostering continuous learning and development Identify and implement process improvements through automation and technology to enhance global payroll operations Required qualifications At least seven years of progressive payroll experience with multi-country payroll operations Advanced hands-on Workday Payroll experience in Canada, U.S., and UK, including configuration and reporting Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of payroll professionals across different regions Strong knowledge of global employment, payroll, tax, and pay-practice requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for generating and analyzing complex reports
