What You’ll Do As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and continues to provide the exceptional service our clients expect. Your responsibilities will include: Training, coaching, and developing employees and team leaders. Delegating tasks to the team and providing follow-up to ensure success. Holding team members accountable for their performance and offering coaching or counseling as needed. Ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service for all clients. Maintaining product quality, salon cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards. Overseeing proper cash handling and deposit procedures. Managing inventory and ordering systems effectively. Providing services to clients when necessary. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A Georgia Cosmetology License and salon experience (or significant salon experience). Excellent communication skills to connect with both customers and team members. A positive attitude and strong ethics that align with our values and culture. Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused salon. Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized. Why Join Shea Locs?
