Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: Starting at $600,000+ base salary (guaranteed for 2 years)
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Additional Support: Monthly residency/fellowship stipend of $2,000

What You'll Do

• Perform outpatient consultations, surgical procedures, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with a team of orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers
• Manage inpatient hospital care and participate in surgery scheduling
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient education initiatives
• Provide call coverage on a flexible rotation basis
• Engage in teaching or mentoring clinical staff and APPs
• Support hospital compliance and safety standards

What You Need

• Medical license and board certification/eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Minimum 2 years of surgical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with staff collaboration and patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
