Installer / Technician (Home Elevators, Stairlifts, Ramps)

101 Mobility Miami

Job Description

101 Mobility is the nation’s largest and first full-scale provider of Accessibility and Mobility equipment. We are currently seeking a full-time installation/service technician to work from our North Miami location. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

Maintain warehouse
Prepare for installations
Load work vehicles
Install ramps, stairlifts, auto lifts, wheelchair lifts, and residential elevators for ease of access for aging and disabled persons.
Provide service and repairs to mobility equipment that we provide.
Maintain inventory.
Deliver first-rate customer service.

Qualifications:

Organized.
Detail oriented.
Problem solving skills.
Able to clearly communicate mechanical issues to manufacturers tech support.
Follow instructions well.
Possess basic mechanical skills.
Familiar with power and manual tools.
Able to lift 100 lbs.
Comfortable loading equipment in an orderly and secure manner.
Clean driving record.
Computer literate.
Available to work extended hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
Willing to provide phone troubleshooting support to customers and other field technicians.

Candidates must have a track record of reliability and punctuality at all times. Strong internet and data entry skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) a plus.
