Sr. AI Engineer - Forward Deployed Engineer

Salary: $112,900 - 338,300 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 10 years of experience in Python, Java, or an equivalent language, along with familiarity with evaluation tools, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• We need at least 10 years of experience building and running production systems with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling, plus practical MLOps and LLMOps experience across model training, evaluation, serving, monitoring, and prompt management.
• We need at least 5 years of experience with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud and large-scale data initiatives, including Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, Streams & Tasks, and Snowsight, as well as experience building API layers that expose data and AI/ML capabilities.
• We need at least 1 year of experience designing and delivering agentic AI solutions in production.
• We need at least 1 year of experience with agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar, plus hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, including Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, and Cortex LLM functions.
• We need at least 1 year of experience working with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
• We need a bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with the stated work-experience alternatives for associate degree holders.

• We architect enterprise-ready AI agent systems on Snowflake, covering retrieval, orchestration, governance, evaluation, and lifecycle observability.
• We design scalable Snowflake solutions for enterprise data workloads and promote best practices across client engagements.
• We establish modern Snowflake architectures using Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, and Snowsight for querying, dashboards, and operational visibility, while also building GenAI patterns on Snowflake Cortex AI so AI remains close to the data.
• We develop abstraction layers across AI providers such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI to support clean integration.
• We use containerization, microservices, serverless, and event-driven patterns to build scalable AI-native systems.
• We mentor client teams on Snowflake data management, analytics, AI/ML, and BI integration.
• We process large-scale data in Snowflake using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tools.
• We adapt agentic applications across industries and lead workshops, proofs of concept, and metric definition.
• We build Snowflake-native pipelines using Cortex AI, Dynamic Tables, and the Snowflake data ecosystem.
• We operate MLOps and LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD across the ML and LLM lifecycle.
