Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts

 

An established firm based in Boston, Massachusetts with over 100+ years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team hybrid. This role involves handling commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business torts, partnership disputes, and complex commercial cases while representing sophisticated clients in state and federal courts.

Salary range: $140,000-$190,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing
3+ years of experience handling commercial litigation matters
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery in complex cases
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients

 

Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of commercial litigation from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery-related motions
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda and briefs
Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert coordination
Participate in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex commercial matters
