Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Sales Engineer to join our core centralized Solutions Consulting collective in a full-time remote capacity across South Korea. Reporting directly to the Head of Solution Engineering, you will step up to claim individual strategic and operational accountability for directing the end-to-end technical sales lifecycle for our enterprise customer accounts. Shifting completely away from passive software demonstrations or detached account administration, you will operate as a primary technical advisor and thought leader—translating abstract business risks into secure, scalable Zero Trust blueprints. This position requires a presales engineering veteran with 7+ years of field experience, including at least 5 years explicitly focused on cloud security technologies, who models complex networks fluidly natively using Cybersecurity defense primitives, qualifies enterprise opportunities smoothly natively using Sales Representative methods, and configures cross-platform identity integrations confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Technical Sales Ownership: Direct and govern the comprehensive technical sales process for enterprise prospects, moving deals systematically from discovery through validation to production launch natively utilizing Sales Representative frameworks.
  • Strategic Technical Thought Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, CISOs, and enterprise network architects, providing expert advice on migrating legacy networks into secure Zero Trust environments.
  • High-Impact Solution Pitching and Architecture: Design and deliver tailored technical demonstrations, product proofs, and architecture presentations, distilling complex data protection features into actionable business outcomes.
  • Enterprise Identity and Access Triage: Evaluate, map, and align client access controls and permission models, identifying edge cases across Group Policy Objects (GPO), Active Directory, LDAP, and complex SSO/SAML integrations natively leveraging Cybersecurity parameters.
  • Network Configuration Validation: Conduct deep technical assessments of client infrastructure setups, demonstrating hands-on proficiency with systems installation and administration of core routers, switches, and edge arrays.
  • Web Security Stack Optimization: Analyze, critique, and optimize multi-tenant web security postures, handling traffic flow definitions across web proxies, caches, reverse proxies, and cloud firewalls.
  • Vulnerability Qualification and Sourcing: Audit client perimeter configurations to identify security vulnerabilities, gaps, control weaknesses, and potential lateral movement vectors to tailor solution positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Product Feedback Loops: Partner in lockstep with distributed Product Management, Core Engineering, and Customer Success squads to feed customer implementation bottlenecks and local market insights back into the product roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of verified professional history running advanced presales engineering, technical solutions architecture, systems integration analysis, or cybersecurity consulting within an enterprise software landscape.
  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience specifically focused on selling, architecting, or configuring enterprise-grade network security solutions and cloud-native protective technologies.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of network security principles, TCP/IP layouts, routing protocols, packet tracing, and cloud edge routing.
  • Expert-tier capability analyzing payload data, diagnosing network latency, and mapping technical architecture dependencies natively utilizing Cybersecurity analytical frameworks.
  • Practical operational familiarity navigating, configuring, and installing hardware and enterprise operating files natively using Sales Representative consulting models (requiring hands-on history with core switches and routers).
  • Possession of a formal university Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Network Engineering, or an equivalent combination of verified professional training and hands-on industry experience.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling absolute confidence when delivering technical pitches and leading interactive whiteboard sessions before executive buyers.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified sales engineering specialists based permanently and resident within **South Korea** to operate under a 100% remote home-office layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial presales engineering history operating explicitly within a hyper-growth enterprise cloud security software provider, secure access service edge (SASE) hub, or large-scale multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure vendor.
  • Technical proficiency or certifications across advanced identity ecosystems (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) and web filtering controls ( proxies, stateful firewalls).
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high accountability, a deep comfort with navigating ambiguity, a passion for solving complex technical challenges, and a relentless commitment to customer success.
