Regional Sales Manager

Position Regional Sales Manager – West Coast, Mexico, Central America, and South America (U.S.-Based) About the Company Pharmaworks, a brand of ProMach, manufactures innovative blister packaging systems for the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and contract packaging industries. As part of the ProMach Pharma business line, Pharmaworks supports customers in protecting their reputation and building consumer trust. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts at all functional levels. Develop sales strategies, identify sales opportunities, and deliver value‑based solutions through application evaluations. Utilize all available sales and marketing tools for presentations, sales calls, cold calling, and prospecting. Create an efficient territory schedule to ensure regular client visits and effective prospecting. Act as liaison between customers and engineering to develop innovative project solutions with strong value propositions. Collect accurate and timely project details necessary for applications engineering evaluation and quote projects. Partner with project management to guarantee seamless order transitions between sales and operations. Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity while providing excellent customer service with urgency, purpose, and professionalism. Achieve or exceed sales forecasts and quotas. Document all opportunities, companies, contacts, and customer interactions in the Sales Force CRM system. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in capital equipment and/or packaging sales; direct sales experience with leading domestic CPG companies. Four‑year degree in Sales, Engineering, Business or related field (highly desired). Mechanical aptitude to understand packaging automation and company products. Strong technical sales and polished presentation skills; proven closing skills. Effective prospecting ability and high motivation as a self‑starter. Top‑level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; competent user of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with industrial line layout preferred. Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
