Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Manage a high volume of incoming work orders in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Answer customer questions about scope of services, making appropriate suggestions to resolve the problem.
• Cold calling potential vendor partners to develop partnerships.
• Dispatching vendor partners for work orders and ensuring they arrive in accordance with schedule. 
• Manage high volume email communications. 
• Manage multiple communication paths simultaneously. 
• Ability to analyze customer inquiries and determine means of resolution.
• Ability to answer the phone and/or email promptly to provide the best customer service possible. 
• Input necessary data into computer system to track and follow up on customer requests.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing set goals as determined by the Manager.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with overlapping timelines.
• Ability to work independently and self-solve. 
• Keep accurate data and documentation of service requests. 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and pleasant phone voice.
• Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with an ever-changing environment and demanding customers.
• Must be a team player and able to support teammates at any given time.
• Performs other duties as required by leadership. 

Requirements:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone.
