Manufacturing Operations Director

ADP, Inc.

Schreiner Group is seeking a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance across sites. The role focuses on driving performance, safety, and on-time delivery while controlling costs and maintaining high quality. You will hire, train, and develop leaders, implement Lean programs, and align with ISO/IATF, cGMP standards. The US operation is Blauvelt, NY with relocation to Chestnut Ridge by 2027.
