Hospital Sous Chef - Lead High-Volume Patient Kitchen

UNC REX Healthcare is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef across all areas of production and ensure recipes are followed while maintaining health and sanitation codes. The role leads the kitchen when the Executive Chef is unavailable, monitors ticket times, and supports patient and retail food preparation needs. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years in high-volume kitchens, experience with scratch cooking, and the ability to train staff and enforce department policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr UNC REX Healthcare
