Description
This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the restaurant industry while supporting the daily operations of a dynamic dining establishment. As part of our Human Resources Manager department you will play a key role in managing staff upholding service standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
In this entry-level role you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee shift operations coordinate team activities and maintain a positive productive work environment. You will help train and support team members monitor service quality and contribute to the smooth running of front-of-house and back-of-house activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality who is eager to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $18 - $30 USD along with opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience in restaurant operations and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Help train schedule and mentor team members
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Support cash handling reporting and daily financial procedures
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service
Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures
Help manage staff performance and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Basic understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
