TA Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Process offers and offer letters.

Manage open requisitions and recruiting workflows.

Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate documentation, and recruiting files.

Track, maintain, and report on daily candidate activity.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring initiatives.

Post and manage job openings through ATS platforms, job boards, universities, and professional associations.

Assist with onboarding logistics, candidate travel, and new hire coordination.

Create and maintain detailed candidate tracking and reporting spreadsheets.

Compile recruiting metrics and support weekly business reviews.

Assist with hiring events and recruiting initiatives across supported regions.

Ensure consistency in recruiting policies, practices, and procedures.

Provide support for additional recruiting and administrative projects as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 1+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related experience.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS.

Strong Excel skills are required and not considered trainable.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Dependable, self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
