We are excited to continue our partnership with a supportive district that is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support their secondary students. This role offers strong team collaboration and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students. In this role you will support a mixed caseload of secondary students across self-contained and special education classrooms. Ideal candidates will have prior school-based experience and will be comfortable working with students requiring higher levels of support.

Responsibilities

· Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.

· Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs.

· Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.

· Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.

· Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

· Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).

· Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).

· Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
