Admissions Advisor

Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and social media to provide information about our beauty programs. Conduct informational interviews to evaluate student goals and align them with appropriate educational paths. Present and communicate program details, admission guidelines, and financial aid information to prospective students. Assist applicants in completing enrollment paperwork and the admissions process. Track and manage student inquiries while maintaining accurate records of admissions activities. Work closely with the Financial Aid department to help students understand funding opportunities. Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and community outreach initiatives to promote the university. Build and maintain relationships with local high schools and community organizations for outreach and recruitment. Requirements Strong background in customer service, sales, or recruitment, ideally in a similar role. Familiarity with the beauty industry or a strong interest in beauty education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using technology and digital tools for communication and record-keeping. Ability to cultivate relationships with a diverse range of individuals. A genuine passion for helping students succeed in their educational journeys.
