Kitchen Team Member – Part Time & Full Time – Day or Night Shift Pay Dayshift (6AM–2PM) & Midshift (11AM–7PM) Full Time (5 shifts per week, >36 hours per week) = Starting at $18/hour Part Time 1 (at least 3 shifts, >20 hours per week) = Starting at $16/hour Part Time 2 (2 shifts or less, Starting at $14/hour Nightshift Closing Premium Positions (3PM or 4PM-11PM, may be 11:30PM based on the pace of the store) Full Time Closer (3-11PM) (5 shifts per week, >36 hours per week) = Starting at $19/hour Part Time 1 Closer (4-11PM) (at least 3 shifts, >20 hours per week) = Starting at $17/hour Part Time 2 Closer (4-11PM) (2 shifts or less, Starting at $15/hour Certified Closer – After 2 months of working with us, earn an additional $0.50 automatically depending on experience & training. Must complete outlined training checklist and be approved by management. Does not apply to dishwasher. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Chick‑fil‑A quality standards. Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and safe at all times. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assemble customer orders quickly and with precision. Support a fast‑paced, high‑performing kitchen team through strong teamwork. Requirements Full Time: Available Monday–Saturday. Part Time 1: Weekend availability and closing availability required (if nights). Part Time 2: Flexible schedule. Able to stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment. No experience required.
