Job Description

Water Security Solutions is a Naples, Florida-based technology and services company helping homeowners protect their properties from costly water damage through advanced leak detection and prevention solutions. You will join a collaborative team that works closely with leadership to improve processes, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support the company's continued expansion across North America. The company partners with homeowners, insurance professionals, property managers, installers, and service providers to reduce risk and help families avoid expensive property losses. As the business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to help shape its operations while building a rewarding long-term career.

We're seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations and help scale a growing organization focused on technology, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams, improve workflows, monitor performance, and work directly with ownership on strategic initiatives that support the company's future. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to expand into broader leadership responsibilities, including future executive leadership and operational oversight of additional service-based businesses as the organization grows.

Base salary starting at $85,000 with first-year earnings of $100,000 to $120,000
