Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join their team in a newly created role focused on accelerating brand awareness, audience growth, and digital engagement. This individual will play a critical role in bringing marketing efforts in-house, partnering closely with video production and marketing resources to drive measurable business growth.The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with experience developing and implementing growth marketing initiatives across website optimization, content marketing, and video-driven campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage growth marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.Oversee website performance, content strategy, user experience improvements, and conversion optimization efforts.Coordinate production and distribution of a high-volume video content strategy, including the release of new video content approximately every six days.Partner closely with internal content, video specialists, and external resources to ensure consistent messaging and execution.Manage marketing project workflows and serve as the central point of coordination across digital marketing activities.Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report on key growth metrics and KPIs.Collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.Support efforts to transition marketing functions from outsourced vendors to an internal, scalable marketing operation.Contribute to content creation and provide guidance on video editing, digital storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
