Job Description

Company: The Best Roofing Company of its kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. 30-year-old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutters.
Position: Telephone Sales Experience Representative - This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-installation paperwork, and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
▪ Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
▪ Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
▪ Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
▪ Complete final paperwork and approvals
▪ Present additional products, upgrades, or services if needed
Required Skills:
▪ Strong phone sales skills and customer service experience in the Home Improvement Industry preferred
▪ Strong communication and customer service skills
▪ Ability to explain products and services
▪ Attention to detail with paperwork and documentation
