We are seeking a Litigation Associate who is looking for meaningful responsibility, complex litigation, and real trial opportunities.

*What You’ll Do*

Our associates are trusted with substantive responsibilities from the outset and play an active role in every stage of the litigation process. You’ll have the opportunity to:

* Take and defend depositions
* Attend and argue hearings in state and federal court
* Work directly with sophisticated insurance adjusters, in-house counsel, and corporate clients
* Develop litigation strategy on complex, high-exposure matters alongside experienced trial attorneys
* Draft case evaluations, dispositive motions, and other substantive pleadings
* Gain hands-on courtroom experience—we try dozens of cases every year
* Travel nationwide to handle interesting cases

The salary range for associate positions is $130,000 to $220,000 per year depending on associate level. xhmxlyz The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
