Parent Coach & Home-Visit Specialist

Front Porch Alliance in Kansas City, MO is seeking a dedicated Parent Coach to support families using the Parents As Teachers framework. This full-time role involves home visits, parenting guidance, and connecting families to medical, mental health, and community resources. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or CDA (or 3–4 years in a relevant field), strong tech skills, and the ability to manage notes and timelines accurately, with a valid driver’s license and reliable car. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nonprofit Connect
