Admin Assistant

Admin Assistant Sallisaw, OK Evergreen Compliance LLC is seeking a self-driven Administrative Assistant who takes pride in accurate work and wants to learn. This position works directly with the Chief Operating Officer and supports the daily operation of Evergreen:AIR™. Attention to detail is essential. The Assistant will work from established procedures, manage recurring responsibilities, verify their own work, and take ownership of assignments. This is a remote position. Update regulatory information and resources on the Evergreen:AIR™ website. Prepare redline documents showing changes to regulations and related materials. Review published content for accuracy, formatting, and working links. Monitor assigned PHMSA, state, and industry sources for updates. Maintain subscription renewal and contact information. Process subscription transfers and research removed contacts. Update records, content, and emails in HubSpot. Prepare approved email and LinkedIn content from completed Evergreen materials. Maintain organized electronic files and follow written procedures. What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail. Self-driven and able to work independently. Willingness to ask questions when instructions are unclear. Ability to review and correct work before submitting it. Dependable attendance and communication. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. Experience with HubSpot or a similar system is helpful.
