**Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist in Acute Care!** **Job Description:** - Flexible Day Shifts: - 5x8-Hour schedule (08:00 - 17:00) - Location: - Short Term Acute Care facility known for exceptional patient care and a Level II Trauma Center. - Experience: - 1 year of experience required - Patient Care: - Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio ensuring personalized attention and better outcomes. - Patient Age Groups: - Work with Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatric populations. - Essential Skills: - In-depth skills in Body Mechanics, Orthopedics, and Neurology. - Assess and treat conditions including but not limited to: - Cervicalgia - Low Back Pain - Post-Operative Rehabilitation (Cervical, Shoulder, Spinal) - Total Hip and Knee Replacement - Gait Training - Neurological Disorders (MS, Parkinson’s, Post-Stroke Rehabilitation) - Equipment Knowledge: - Proficient use of: - Bed alarms, Call lights, Gait belts, Hospital Beds, Sliding boards - Documentation: - Experience in Assessment, Discharge, and Evaluation processes with Epic charting system. - Professional Skills: - Develop Home Exercise Programs and provide Patient Family Education. - Dress Code: - Solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire for licensed personnel; unlicensed personnel in solid hunter green. - Orientation Hours: - 8 hours of onboarding to integrate into our team seamlessly. - Additional Information: - No weekend or on-call requirements! - No block schedules enforced. - Float between units not required. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
