Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic
US Architect of the Capitol
This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol,Maintenance Branch, Air Conditioning Section, Senate Office Buildings. The incumbent is an Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic and performs duties involved with the installation, repair and modification of air conditioning systems and equipment that achieve regulated climatic conditions and a working knowledge of Building Automation System Network (BASnet). You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Independently installs, repairs and modifies air conditioning systems and equipment and experience in Building Automation System Networks (BASnet).
