Global Process Engineering Leader — Standardize & Cut Costs

Samtec in New Albany, Indiana, is seeking a Global Process Engineering Manager to lead a worldwide team focused on designing, standardizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes for core products. This onsite role supports global manufacturability and strategic process roadmaps. You will drive cost savings, mentor engineers across sites, and partner with Product, Automation, and Operations to ensure manufacturability and economic viability.
